Pour 20ml of your fave Gin, 20ml of Campari and 20ml of Sweet Vermouth plus 100ml of a hot herbal tea - a rooibos works a treat - into a highball glass. Add a dash of orange bitters, stir briefly to infuse and add an orange peel garnish. (If you fancy switching up to a ‘Smokin’ Negroni’, naughtily add another 20ml of peated scotch to the mix… yum!)
